| We have a vast deal of experience for the design of ultra
high pressure systems and components in the range of 50,000
PSIG to 200,000 PSIG using thick wall analysis for monobloc
assemblies and other conventional strengthening techniques.
Some of the most popular and common in house techniques employed
are autofrettage principals, compound cylinders using interference
and shrink fits, thermally enhanced material process, and a
multitude of other high pressure technologies. In the case
of axisymmetrical cylinders, using these concepts we can usually
reduce the wall thickness saving material cost for our clients
while achieving a safe and operational design. Special
sealing technology (some of which is proprietary) is also
implemented in the design of these high pressure components and
systems in order for maximum fluid and pressure containment. |
